The CeoWorkz Design Philosophy

It's not what the technology can do: its what the technology can do for the user. Our concept for 'organic modeling' is simple: rather than follow the first generation trend of creating websites and technologies that online users must adapt to and adopt - constraining their experience - we create experiences online by providing improved ways for users to dynamically interact with online events and activities as they do in real-world situations, unconstrained by the web-centric nature of earlier technologies and web design, molding the technology to the user, as it should be.

There are many examples of 'cool' ideas that do not improve the user experience. The user interaction and involvement should be a part of the experience dynamic, organically affecting the event. Our second-generation technologies are not just 'intuitive' or 'elegant' ways to navigate a website. Our products do not merely add animated introductions or controls in an attempt to make the web more like television. Our products virtually duplicate many of the person-to-person behavioral characteristics experienced in the real world for dynamic online, participatory events and activities such as auctions.

Sometimes working for the user pushes technology…sometimes it just pushes our preconceptions. We have researched and developed our technologies for nearly two years, having had the good fortune to learn from the experience of both the dot com boom and surviving models after the bust. Among the many lessons learned during those wild west days of the web, we knew that our technologies had to work on today's platforms and bandwidth, and be designed to work on tomorrow's. Users are certainly interested and eager to enjoy the many benefits touted by claims made by web and technology companies for highly interactive, 'live', 'real-time' shopping and entertainment experiences. The reality is that most of these claims are still years away, contingent on improved bandwidth, particularly in the last mile. Our technologies create live-time interactive qualities using virtually any of today's web and technology platforms.

The Organic Network Business Model. Entire technology company missions have been redirected to take advantage of new paradigms refocusing attention on using the Internet and computers to benefit the user rather than the other way around. This ultimately benefits the business. We believe that users are more interested in beneficial, exciting, fun experiences when using their computer on the Internet, rather than learning to adjust to the limitations and formal technological processes typically associated with computers and the Internet. We know that users will visit longer, shop longer, bid more, return more often, and refer more people when this happens. We have invented and created new technologies that utilize leading edge, securely adopted development tools to insure a durable and sustainable place on the Internet. As new developments occur, our technologies are ready: we have developed a model based on the innovation and anticipating change of the Internet.
